Job summary

Zurich Insurance Singapore seeks an FP&A & Business Performance Analyst to partner with stakeholders across Finance and business units. You will support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews, delivering insights to drive strategic decision-making.

The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with opportunities to improve processes and empower data-driven decisions through Power BI and other analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with FP&A activities including forecasting and modelling.
• Strong Power BI and/or Python/R skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Understanding of Insurance Finance and actuarial concepts.
• Solid foundation in financial mathematics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews with stakeholders.
• Deliver analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Drive initiatives to improve planning, forecasting, performance management, and efficiency.
• Produce timely, accurate management reporting to support performance discussions.
• Collaborate with business and Finance to provide financial guidance.
