Job summary

Zurich is seeking a Planning & Performance Management Intern in Singapore to support FP&A activities, forecasting and performance reviews with business partners. The role offers exposure to data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration within a global finance function.

You will work with tools like Power BI and statistical methods to identify trends and drive process improvements. The internship provides growth opportunities in a diverse, inclusive environment and exposure to insurance

Qualifications

• Experience with financial planning, forecasting and modelling.
• Strong data literacy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with insurance finance concepts.
• Proficient in data analysis and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, forecasting and performance reviews by partnering with business stakeholders and providing financial insights.
• Deliver analysis that helps identify trends, risks and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
• Drive initiatives that enhance planning, forecasting, performance management and operational efficiency.
• Produce timely, accurate and insightful management reporting.

• Management Reporting: Produce timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to support business performance discussions.
