Job summary

Zurich Singapore's Finance team invites you to join the Planning & Performance Management (PPM) function. In this role you will support planning, forecasting and performance analysis for the Singapore business unit, helping translate financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are curious and analytical, with 2–4 years in finance, a relevant degree, and proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in finance or related function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills required; data analytics knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of dashboard tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen interest in finance, planning and business performance, with a passion for continuous learning.
• A desire to grow professionally, take on new challenges and build a broader career in finance or business.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to support annual planning, forecasting and performance review cycles.
• Business Performance Insights: Develop analysis and insights to help understand results, risks and opportunities.
• Business Process Optimization and Project Management: Identify opportunities to improve processes and support initiatives.
• Management Reporting: Prepare timely management information for planning, forecasting and reviews.
• Communication: Act as a business partner and respond to queries relating to financial information and drivers.
