Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial performance and insights across the organization. You will oversee group reporting, partner with senior finance leaders, and manage a small team while leveraging analytics and AI to enhance planning and reporting processes.

The role requires strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance experience.
• Experience reviewing management reporting for multinational companies.
• Proven ability to partner with operations and enabling functions.
• Experience leading small teams and presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
• Analyze results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and key drivers to ensure achievement of objectives.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
