Job summary

AIA Investment Management is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to deliver high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning in support of strategic and financial objectives.

You will partner with investment, front office, and senior leadership, building financial models and dashboards to drive performance insights and informed decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to investment and front-office teams for planning and decision-making.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and performance analyses to drive insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting cycles and monthly management reporting.
• Manage Anaplan budgeting/forecasting and variances analysis.
• Contribute to finance transformation through automation and analytics.
