Job summary

Jurong Port is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business. You will partner with the FPA lead and senior management to drive insights and actionable recommendations.

The role involves building financial models, supporting monthly close, and steering business partnering with units to optimize costs and investments. Strong communication and leadership will help develop the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with at least 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis and management reporting experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and projection processes with the FPA lead.
• Drive variance analysis and performance insights for senior management.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning requirements.
• Collaborate on monthly close and management reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational direction.
• Provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis of financial performance for cost optimisation and risk mitigation.
• Lead business partnering with core business units to provide financial insights and reports.
• Coach and develop Finance team members and assist in finance transformation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of financial reporting systems and data governance; upskill non-financial users.
