Job summary

Adidas Singapore is seeking a senior finance professional to lead SEA planning and analysis. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, monthly closes, and performance management across SEA markets, aligning with global standards and providing strategic insights to management.

You will partner with IT, Logistics, Legal, and market finance teams, manage working capital, cash flow, and Capex reporting, and coach junior staff while delivering timely management information and commentaries.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or qualification in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 8-10 years of experience in Controlling or Business Analysis.
• Industry experience in apparel/fashion/consumer goods or FMCG preferred.
• Solid accounting skills and experience; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and other relevant Finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage standardized monthly and ad-hoc forecasting and reporting; partner with senior management for decision making.
• Provide advisor support to commercial, marketing and finance counterparts based on reporting insights.
• Coordinate and participate in SEA budgeting processes.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and group policy alignment.
• Report on globally aligned KPIs and prepare management information for Group Finance.
• Collaborate with global corporate functions (IT, Logistics, Legal).
• Oversee cash flow controlling, working capital analyses, and Capex monitoring for SEA subsidiaries.
• Lead medium to large projects and develop new analytic tools and processes.
