Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cross-functional partnering.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day FP&A reporting for PPB SG operations.
• Lead budgeting and forecast cycles with business partners.
• Perform variance analysis, explain forecast-to-actual changes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve financial visibility.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting and COE teams.
