Qualifications

• 3 years in FP&A or related fields (finance, audit or consulting).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience handling large datasets and financial models in Excel.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with multinational organisations is advantageous.
• Exposure to Anaplan/Power BI/Workday is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.

Description

Reporting to the regional finance director, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and performance management activities. Responsibilities include:

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning activities
• Analyse business performance, key revenue drivers and operating expenses
• Deliver meaningful insights through variance analysis against plan and forecast
• Partner closely with finance and commercial stakeholders across functions
• Prepare management reporting and business performance dashboards
• Drive process improvements to enhance planning and reporting efficiency
• Participate in strategic projects involving financial systems, reporting standardisation and automation initiatives

Profile

• Has 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, audit or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and financial models
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience working with multinational organisations will be advantageous
• Exposure to financial planning systems and reporting tools such as Anaplan or Power BI or workday is beneficial
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple functions
