Job summary
Legacy FA Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to help establish our asset-management business. You will design investment strategy, governance, and operating model, and take substantive portfolio-management responsibilities after licensing.
The role offers exposure to building a regulated asset-management platform, potential progression to leadership, and close collaboration with management, compliance, custodians and clients. Based in Singapore, full-time.
Qualifications
- Five years or more in fund-management related roles.
- Direct experience in portfolio management and research.
- Strong understanding of markets, risks and governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with mandates.
- Conduct investment research and due diligence across markets.
- Make asset-allocation and security-selection decisions.
- Execute trades and portfolio rebalancing.
- Monitor performance, risks and compliance with mandates.
- Prepare investment papers and performance analyses.
- Present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Engage with clients, custodians and service providers.
- Support development of new mandates and products.
- Undertake duties of an appointed representative where applicable.
