Job summary

House on the Hill invites applications for a Student Care Centre Leader to guide the founding of 知行学苑. You will oversee centre establishment, daily operations and a Montessori-inspired programme for 7–12 year olds, integrating Chinese immersion, culture and holistic development.

Lead a growing team and build community partnerships. You will translate educational philosophy into meaningful activities, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure safeguarding and high-quality delivery as the academy

Qualifications

• Qualified with education or leadership credentials and relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of primary school development and student care.
• Experience managing teams, programmes or educational operations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Appreciation of Montessori education and holistic child development.
• Ability to balance educational vision with operational responsibilities.
• Collaborative, reflective and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and daily management of the Student Care Centre.
• Translate the academy’s philosophy into meaningful programmes and daily practices.
• Design balanced after-school and holiday programmes integrating academics, culture and holistic development.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a collaborative team of educators.
• Establish robust operational procedures and safeguarding practices.
• Build partnerships with parents and the House on the Hill community.
• Monitor programme quality, child well-being and centre performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term academy development.
