Qualifications

• Strong Chinese language proficiency and a genuine appreciation of Chinese literature and culture.
• Qualifications or work experience in Chinese education, primary education, literature or related field.
• Ability to engage children through creative, experiential learning.

• Understanding of children's language development and diverse learning needs.

Position: Chinese Language, Literature & Cultural Education Lead

Help Shape a New Chapter in Education

We are establishing a new Montessori-inspired student care and educational programme for primary school children aged 7-12.

Inspired by the philosophy of 知行合一 and Montessori's approach to education for life, our programme integrates Chinese language immersion, literary appreciation, cultural heritage, independence, creativity and character development.

We are looking for passionate educators to join our founding team and help build an inspiring environment where children grow into confident thinkers, responsible individuals and lifelong learners.

We are seeking a passionate and creative 华文 educator to lead the development of our language immersion, literary appreciation and cultural education programme.

Building upon House on the Hill's established 天天向上华文课程, this role will extend meaningful language learning into the primary school years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging 华文 immersion programmes for children aged 7-12.
• Design age-appropriate experiences in literature, poetry, storytelling, reading, creative writing and oral expression.
