Paco Coffee is a tech-enabled specialty coffee brand running compact takeaway kiosks. We use cutting-edge coffee technology to serve consistent, high-quality coffee at speed—without losing the human touch.

We’re early-stage and expanding in Singapore. We’re hiring a Founding Head Barista (Store Lead) to run a kiosk, lead a team, and together build a playbook for scaling Paco Coffee.

What you’ll do
  • Run day-to-day bar operations for a Paco Coffee kiosk
  • Lead, train and coach baristas on coffee skills, service and SOPs
  • Maintain high standards for drink quality, speed and customer experience
  • Handle scheduling, inventory and basic admin for the store
  • Work with the founders to improve workflows and test new gear, recipes and processes
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
  • 3+ years in hospitality or F&B, with experience leading shifts or a small team (e.g. head barista, supervisor, assistant manager)
  • Confident on bar and comfortable with basic digital tools (scheduling, messaging, simple reports)
  • Happy with an on‑bar role that includes early mornings
  • Fluent in English
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience in specialty coffee or coffee chains
  • Keen interest in blending coffee, food science and technology to shape the future of coffee
  • Experience opening a store or working in an early‑stage brand/startup
