Job summary

ATSUNEW GIKEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a QS Surveyor to join our foundation solutions team in Singapore.

You will prepare cost estimates, manage budgets and tender submissions, and handle progress claims with precision while coordinating with clients and subcontractors on variations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, has 2–3 years of QS experience in Singapore’s construction sector, and is familiar with SIA and PSSCOC standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant QS experience in Singapore construction or civil engineering.
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and contract standards (SIA, PSSCOC)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Handle progress claims and payment certifications with accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on variation orders and contractual matters
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Track project costs and provide regular reports to management
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms
