Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Large Recommendation Model Algorithm Engineer Graduate (Global E-Commerce) to join our team in Singapore. As a graduate, you will work on building unified Foundation Models powering cross-business recommendation systems, spanning retrieval to re-ranking, and pushing the envelope of intelligent agents through LLMs and multimodal methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in software development, CS, or related technical field.
Solid foundation in ML, deep learning, or information retrieval.
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch; strong academic or project work in ML.
Passion for intelligent recommender systems and a self-driven research mindset.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize cross-scenario shared Foundation Models to enable unified modeling and efficient inference.
Advance event-sequence-driven generative recommendation with multimodal understanding.
Apply LLM technologies across retrieval, ranking and re-ranking; contribute to training and inference optimization.
Explore integration of LLMs/VLMs with recommender systems to build adaptive intelligent agents.
Research end-to-end generative recommendation and system optimization for efficiency and user experience.
