Harper is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to open the Singapore market and solve enterprise clients' toughest problems by embedding with their teams. You will translate business needs into concrete engineering plans, build AI agents on client infrastructure, and own the lifecycle from definition to launch and optimization.

We seek 3+ years of hands-on software engineering, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with sales and product teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
