Job summary

Resaro International is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for our Singapore team. You will bridge our AI assurance platform with customer environments, deploying in complex, regulated settings, and delivering rapid prototypes for pre-sales.

Expect cross-functional work across deployment engineering, software development, and client communication. You will deploy and configure in air-gapped and on-premise contexts, build integrations, and own early bug fixes and updates at customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally with customer-facing deployment exposure.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying applications in varied infrastructure environments.
• Comfort working independently on-site at customer locations with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving under pressure: diagnosing and resolving issues in production environments.
• Experience writing documentation, handover notes, and customer-facing technical material.

Responsibilities

The Role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer for our Singapore team to be the bridge between our platform and our customers. You'll deploy our AI assurance platform in complex customer environments, build last-mile integrations, and support pre-sales with rapid prototyping and technical demonstrations. This role combines deployment engineering, software development, and customer communication, all in regulated, high-stakes settings.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one additional language

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying applications in varied infrastructure environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in defence, pharma, or other regulated industries

• Experience with air-gapped deployments and restricted environments

• Pre-sales or solutions engineering experience

• ML/AI background: familiarity with model deployment, fine-tuning, or evaluation

• Experience with DevSecOps and security-hardened environments
