Job summary

YIZHEN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. 在新加坡招聘现场模板工班长，负责监督日常模板施工、定位与拆除工作，带领队伍完成现场模板作业。

须具备读取结构与模板图纸能力，善于协调与沟通，能据计划分配人力、物料与工具，确保安全规范、工艺质量与进度。如具备安全培训/证书者优先，能适应现场高强度工作环境。

具备良好领导力与现场协调能力，能够向现场管理团队汇报进度与问题，并维护现场整洁与安全。

Responsibilities

• 监督并协调日常梁板模板施工现场的模板作业。
• 带领工人进行模板安装、定位与拆除工作。
• 阅读施工图纸，编排人力、物料与工具。
• 检查模板尺寸、水平与支撑，确保合格后方可浇筑混凝土。
• 与现场工程师、安全人员及各工种协调，确保进度按计划。
• 组织工具箱会议，确保工人遵循 approved 作业方法与现场安全要求。
• 监督工艺质量、材料使用与场地整洁，并向现场管理团队汇报进度与问题。

• Supervise and coordinate daily formwork activities on construction sites.
• Lead workers in the installation, alignment and dismantling of formwork.

• Relevant construction safety training or certification is an advantage.
