Job summary

MAPLE REALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking personnel for formwork construction and site preparation in Singapore. You will measure, cut, assemble, install, and secure formwork for concrete structures, while adhering to safety rules and project specifications.

You will work with carpenters and supervisors, ensuring form accuracy, durability, and proper preparation of sites for concrete pours. Physical endurance and adherence to safety are essential throughout outdoor workdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in formwork construction and installation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors and lift materials.

Responsibilities

• Formwork Construction: Measuring, cutting, and assembling forms from wood or metal, using hand and power tools.
• Formwork Installation: Aligning forms to meet dimensions and securing with nails, screws or fasteners.
• Reinforcement: Working with rebar and other reinforcement materials.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring work adheres to safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaboration: Working with concrete finishers, carpenters, and site supervisors.
• Form Removal: Removing forms after concrete cures and hardens.
• Quality Control: Checking forms for accuracy and durability.
