Job summary

Responsibilities

• Strategy Formulation and Programme Design: Develop strategies to strengthen Singapore's foreign workforce and design talent schemes to attract global talent.
• Policy Reviews and Implementation: Review foreign work pass and talent policies for effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
• Research and Data Analysis: Analyse labour market data and trends to benchmark Singapore’s comparative advantage and assess impact of initiatives.
• Public Communications: Shape the narrative of our foreign and local workforce strategy in public communications.
