Job summary

SMART ENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a customer service oriented attendant to assist customers with refueling and to maintain a clean forecourt.

You will handle diesel and petrol top-ups, ensure dispensers are clean and safe, and manage traffic flow at the forecourt. Physical fitness and good communication with customers are essential. This role offers rotating day/night shifts, 6 days a week, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with customers.
• Physically fit and capable of standing long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help customers top up diesel and petrol for their vehicle.
• Clean dispensers, forecourt and common areas.
• Traffic control at forecourt.
• Walk-in interview participation at specified location.

- Help customer top up diesel and petrol for their vehicle （帮助顾客添加汽油）

- Clean dispensers, forecourt and common areas （保持油站清洁）

- Traffic Control at Forecourt （管理油站的交通秩序）

- Physically fit and can communicate with customers （身体状况良好，需要与顾客沟通）

- 6 days/week, rotating/permanent shift ( Day shift 7am-3.30pm, 2.30pm -11pm or Night shift 10.30pm - 7am )

- Training will be provided
