APEX TCM Wellness PTE. LTD. is seeking a guest-focused professional to perform treatments and services with high standards of hygiene and safety. You will also support reception duties and help cross-sell related services to guests, ensuring timely, courteous interactions and smooth service flow.

The role emphasizes punctuality, thorough appointment review, and willingness to assist in all shop activities as part of a collaborative team environment in a wellness setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatment / services for guests using safe, comfortable, hygienic manner and professional techniques.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the shop.
• Assist in any and all ways in the shop when not scheduled to perform treatment / services, which include acting as receptionist.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.
• Courteously and professionally interact and answer all work related questions from guests.
• Serve as catalyst to cross sell and promote related services to guests.
• To perform other duties assigned by the superior.
