Job summary

REJUV AMK PTE. LTD. is seeking a service professional to perform treatments and guest services in a hygienic, safe and professional manner. You will maintain a neat and orderly work area while upholding the shop's high standards.

When not performing treatments, you will assist in other shop duties, including acting as receptionist, ensure punctuality for all appointments, review schedules after each service and shift, and engage with guests courteously while promoting related services.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatment / services for guests using safe, comfortable, hygienic manner and professional techniques.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the shop.
• Assist in any and all ways in the shop when not scheduled to perform treatment / services, which include acting as receptionist.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.
• Courteously and professionally interact and answer all work related questions from guests.
• Serve as catalyst to cross sell and promote related services to guests.
• To perform other duties assigned by the superior.
