Job summary

REJUV TENKA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a service-oriented spa professional to perform treatments with safe, comfortable techniques and maintain a neat, high-standard work area on-site.

You will assist in all shop duties when not performing treatments, including reception tasks, reviewing appointments, and engaging guests professionally. Expect punctuality, courteous interaction, and proactive cross-selling of related services.

• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the shop.
• Assist in any and all ways in the shop when not scheduled to perform treatment / services, which include acting as receptionist.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.
• Courteously and professionally interact and answer all work related questions from guests.
• Serve as catalyst to cross sell and promote related services to guests.
• To perform other duties assigned by the superior.
