Job summary

ZEN BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled foot reflexologist to join our wellness team. You will provide professional foot reflexology and wellness treatments, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for every customer.

You will assess clients, recommend treatments, maintain high standards of hygiene, and help drive service and sales targets in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in foot reflexology, massage, or wellness services.
• Knowledge of reflexology techniques.
• Customer-oriented with good communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Singapore Citizens, PRs and LTVP+ holders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional foot reflexology and wellness treatments.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Promote suitable treatments, packages, and products when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment areas.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the team to achieve service and sales targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
