Job summary

TALENT CONNECT HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales-oriented candidate to promote and sell food products to existing and new customers in Singapore. You will handle inquiries, orders, and related matters while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication, customer service focus, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic MS Office skills and a willingness to meet sales targets are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, retail, food & beverage or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with positive attitude and responsibility.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling sales targets and customer enquiries.
• Relevant food industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's food products to existing and new customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders and sales-related matters.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery or collection.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support growth.
• Prepare sales records, reports and other admin documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist with promotional activities and other sales-related duties.
