Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to perform general production duties, uphold quality standards, and ensure safe, efficient operations on site.

You will operate cooking machines, prepare ingredients, inspect materials, and maintain kitchen cleanliness while adhering to safety, BRCGS, SFA and SOPs. This is a 1-year contract with shift work Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with food manufacturing experience.
• Possess a Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform general production operator duties to uphold quality standard, ensure safe and efficient operations at work.
• Operate cooking machines according to standard procedure
• Preparation of ingredients based on standard procedure
• Check and inspect of raw/ finish material.
• Maintain proper general kitchen cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Follow safety, BRCGS, SFA and company SOPs at all times.
• Highlight any issues to superior and seek resolutions immediately.
• Any other job duties as assigned

Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri (3 shift)

• Am Shift: 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm

• Pm Shift: 12pm - 9pm

• Night Shift: 7pm - 4am

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: $1700 / $2345

• Afternoon Shift Allowance: $10 per shift

• Night Shift Allowance: $15 per shift

• Target Incentive: Up to $100 based on performance

• Estimated Gross Salary: $1700 - $2500

• Contract Duration: 1 year
