Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of production management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and manage production staff and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches.
• Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw material levels.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Identify production issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor equipment and machinery in production facilities.
• Prepare production reports and communicate progress to management.
• Ensure prompt and efficient preparation and service to meet quality standards.
