Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules for efficiency.
• Hire, train, and manage production staff with performance goals.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on product launches and initiatives.
• Maintain inventory records and manage raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Identify production issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor equipment and maintenance in facilities.
• Prepare production reports for upper management.
• Ensure fast, quality service in all food areas to meet standards.
