Job summary

CHUN HONG ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and lead the production department, ensuring proper set-up, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves staffing, scheduling, line clearance, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in F&B manufacturing, can work independently and as part of a team, and will follow a 6-day work week with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Possess at least O Level.
• 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Shift Working Hours Pattern
• Working day pattern: 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production department activities.
• Ensure proper machining set-up and identify machine for servicing/repair as necessary.
• Perform troubleshooting when errors occur.
• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Production scheduling.
• Staff scheduling.
• Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals.
• Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
• Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize production costs.
• Employee orientation and training.
• Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve worker problems.
• Ensure workplace safety.
• Daily reporting to management.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
