Job summary

4FINGERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for dedicated Kitchen Crews to join our fast-paced team in Singapore.

You will assist with food preparation, follow recipes, and ensure portions and presentation meet our standards. You will operate fryer and other kitchen equipment safely, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and uphold strict food safety guidelines. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required, with inventory support during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food preparation role in fast food industry (QSR).
• Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.
• Operate fryer and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly.
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory and supplies.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
