The role focuses on coordinating mechanical installation, supervising contractors, and ensuring safe site execution. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of project or site engineering experience, preferably in food or FMCG environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of project/site engineering experience.
• Experience in food, FMCG or process manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong contractor coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and be hands-on at site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical installation works on site.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and daily site activities.
• Review drawings, equipment layouts and technical specifications.
• Monitor project schedule, quality and progress.
• Coordinate with the client’s engineering, production and EHS teams.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Ensure works comply with site safety and permit requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
