Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, materials, and equipment for Food and Consumer Education (FCE) and Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) practical lessons.
• Set up and prepare food laboratories, including unit tables, sinks, stoves, utensils, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping of food laboratories, preparation rooms, and equipment.
• Manage and monitor food ingredients, teaching materials, and equipment stock, including ordering and replenishment.
• Check deliveries and purchases against suppliers' invoices and maintain accurate records of food purchases.
• Conduct regular stock takes, equipment checks, and maintenance to ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
