Job summary

UNIVERSAL DINING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Management Trainee (Foodcourt) to oversee daily operations, ensure service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with food vendors, manage shifts, and support cost controls while upholding health and safety regulations. Entry-level candidates are welcome with training provided. Work in a fast-paced food court environment requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Prior experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the food court and ensure service quality.
• Partners/Vendor Coordination: liaise with food stall operators and ensure contractual compliance.
• Hygiene and Safety: oversee cleanliness and regulatory compliance, conduct inspections.
• Inventory and Supplies: manage stock of cleaning and dishwashing items and coordinate procurement.
• Staff Management: supervise, train, and schedule staff; conduct evaluations.
• Compliance and Reporting: prepare operational and sales reports for management.
