Golden Cafe Foods Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Executive to develop a pipeline of prospective food-stall operators and secure tenants for stalls, food courts and coffee shops.

You will report to the Business Development Manager or Directors and coordinate with multiple departments to drive occupancy. The role requires 1–2 years in food-court or coffee-shop leasing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel).

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A Level, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of leasing experience in food-court or coffee-shop environments.
• Familiar with tenancy documents, deposits and related records.
• Confident in approaching new prospects and cold calling.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of prospective food-stall operators through market research, referrals, networking, property agents and cold calling.
• Contact potential tenants and provide clear information about available stalls, locations and leasing opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct site viewings with interested prospects and maintain regular contact through leasing.
• Post and market stalls, food courts and spaces.
• Discuss rental rates, lease periods and terms within approved limits.
• Submit leasing recommendations and negotiate terms with management.
• Engage tenants for renewals and maintain good relationships with agents.
• Respond to enquiries and coordinate with other departments on tenant matters.
• Assist with rental collection follow-ups and highlight outstanding payments.
