Job summary

Little Farms is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Singapore to oversee smooth service, coach a high-performing FOH team, and maintain a vibrant dining room even during peak hours. You will drive guest satisfaction and lead the floor with energy and precision.

You will focus on creating memorable guest experiences, lead pre-shift briefings, assist with rostering, stock basics, events, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in a busy hospitality setting.
• Strong guest-service mindset with ability to train staff and maintain standards.
• Experience planning events, promotions, and activations in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service flow, tables, queues, and team coordination.
• Coach FOH staff to deliver consistent, memorable guest experiences.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and assist with rostering and staffing decisions.
• Support stock basics, hygiene, safety, and events/activations.
