Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of FMCG experience in demand planning and procurement processes.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
Strong negotiation abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to predict future product needs.
Analyze depletion reports to identify sales trends and generate product forecasts for procurement requirements.
Work closely with management, sales, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of products.
Develop, implement, and regularly update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement processes.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
Review vendor backlogs regularly and proactively expedite deliveries to meet deadlines.
Submit depletion reports to brand owners and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Evaluate supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery timelines, or service.
Implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality or timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
