Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Business Management or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG/manufacturing or a Japanese company environment.
• Experience in corporate compliance, internal audits, ISO / JSOX, or related processes preferred.
• Strong documentation, research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support corporate compliance, internal audits, and risk management activities.
• Review and maintain contracts, policies, SOPs, guidelines, and other corporate documents.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and ensure timely submission of supporting documents.
• Monitor compliance requirements and support staff training and awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate corporate projects with internal departments, regional teams, external legal counsel, and HQ in Japan.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and corporate planning activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects assigned by Management.
