Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a dedicated professional to drive modernization of facilities and estate management within the Planning & Development Department. You will lead budgeting, cost governance, and data-driven decision making while ensuring robust, future-ready FM services across the portfolio.

You will oversee tendering, KPI monitoring, and quality assurance audits, shaping the next generation of FM training programs.

Competenze

• Background in Real Estate, Facilities or Building Management, Technical or Engineering Fields (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Mansioni

• Lead Process Modernization & Digitalization by transforming FM procedures into streamlined workflows.
• Oversee Strategic Budgeting & Cost Governance with standardized cost norms for FM services.
• Monitor KPIs and utilities management across the portfolio to ensure targets are met.
• Translate operational data into management reports for visibility on budget health, trends, and KPI progress.
