Ideal candidates bring a background in Real Estate or Building Management, strong teamwork, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Real Estate, Facilities or Building Management, Technical or Engineering Fields (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.
• You should be a team player, self-driven and able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• You should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Aufgaben

• Process Modernization & Digitalization: transform FM procedures into streamlined workflows and digitalize routine checks.
• Strategic Budgeting & Cost Governance: manage division budget planning and develop standardized cost norms.
• Performance & Utility Optimization: monitor KPIs and utilities to meet estate targets.
• Strategic Management Reporting: translate data into high-level reports for senior leadership.
