Job summary

IQVIA in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join its Flow Cytometry team. The role involves performing analytical procedures, data analysis, and documentation in a regulated lab environment, while adapting to shift work (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu).

You will support onboarding, train junior staff, maintain equipment, and contribute to quality investigations, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance with GLP, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field.
• At least 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Familiar with GLP and regulatory standards.
• Experience with automation or specialized lab equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document analytical procedures per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct routine data analysis to ensure procedures meet expectations.
• Document potential performance issues and escalate to senior staff.
• Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS under guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in quality investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
• Prepare buffers and solutions for analysis as required.
• Assist in reviewing and updating laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Guide entry-level staff and support onboarding of new staff.
• Perform and document calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Train other lab personnel in proven competency areas.
• Assist in implementing procedural changes and notifying supply staff of shortages.
• Represent lab on cross-functional projects and communicate with stakeholders.
