Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Medical Technologist in Singapore with hands on flow cytometry experience to join our Reference Laboratory team. You will perform routine cytometer maintenance, run patient samples, and contribute to test development under regulatory guidance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality data handling, and cross training in related immunology areas. A life sciences degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 3 years hands-on experience in flow cytometry and Immunology related areas.
• Experience with flow cytometry instruments and data analysis software is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration and sample analysis on flow cytometers.
• Assist with development, optimization and validation of lab tests.
• Develop knowledge of local and international clinical trial regulations.
• Learn about pre-analytical variables affecting flow cytometry analyses.
• Conduct laboratory investigations and document findings.
• Perform testing and routine lab system operations; ensure data validity.
• Opportunity for cross training in Chemistry, Haematology, Coagulation or Immunology.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality and accuracy of results.
