Job summary

Medpace Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Analyst specialized in flow cytometry and immunology to perform routine cytometry work and support assay development in a regulated environment.

You will gain exposure to local and international clinical trial regulations, participate in validation activities, and contribute to data quality while potentially rotating into Immunology or Haematology areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years hands-on experience in flow cytometry and immunology
• Working experience with FACSDiva and FlowJo preferred
• Experience with BD FACSLyric or alternative cytometers preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a team environment and independently
• Willing to work on rotational public holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration and sample analysis on flow cytometers
• Assist with development, optimization, and validation of laboratory-developed tests
• Develop knowledge of local and international regulations regarding clinical trials
• Develop knowledge of pre-analytical variables affecting clinical flow cytometry analysis
• Perform laboratory investigations
• Perform testing, documentation, and routine lab system operations
• Ensure validity of laboratory data reported
• Opportunities to be trained in other functional areas including Chemistry, Haematology, Coagulation or Immunology
