Job summary

Responsibilities include setting sales targets, visual merchandising, team leadership, and managing high-value accounts for weddings and corporate events. A 3–5 year background in luxury retail floral design and flexibility for weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management, specifically handling high-end floral design or luxury retail.
• Experience in sourcing and procuring global floral stock and managing inventory.
• Strong sense of brand standards for bouquet crafting and in-store displays.
• Proficiency with POS tools, inventory management software, and e-commerce platforms.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and budgets, set sales targets and design visual merchandising displays.
• Manage inventory procurement and supply of global floral stock, ensuring quality control of storage.
• Lead floristry design team, mentor juniors, and establish brand standards for arrangements.
• Develop marketing campaigns and seasonal collections; manage large-scale accounts for weddings and upscale events.
• Collaborate on client relations and business development to drive revenue growth.
