HOME 99 LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Florist/Senior Florist to craft high-quality floral arrangements for retail, online orders, and events. You will manage daily inventory, keep shop standards, and support peak seasons with a proactive design approach.

The role requires hands-on floristry experience, strong design skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualificações

• Strong technical skills in spiral bouquet arrangements and floral foamwork.
• Excellent eye for color harmony, proportion, texture, and current floral trends.
• Basic English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus for customer interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Floral design and arrangement of bouquets, centerpieces, and event decor.
• Condition, trim, hydrate, and store flowers to ensure freshness; manage inventory with the shop team.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and fulfill online/phone orders accurately for daily deliveries.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist / Senior Florist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements for retail customers, online orders, and special events while maintaining daily floral inventory and shop standards.

Key Responsibilities

Floral Design & Arrangement

Handcraft a wide range of floral products, including hand bouquets, table centerpieces, grand opening stands, sympathy flowers, and seasonal gift hampers.

Prepare and customize bespoke floral arrangements according to customer specifications and theme requirements.

Flower Care & Inventory Maintenance

Perform daily flower conditioning, stripping, trimming, and proper cold-room storage to optimize flower freshness and lifespan.

Assist the Shop Manager in monitoring daily fresh flower inventory, stock levels, and reducing wastage.

Maintain clean, orderly, and hygienic workspace standards in the processing area and shop display.

Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

Assist walk-in customers with flower selections, color palette advice, and custom design requests.

Process and fulfill online and phone orders accurately and on schedule for daily deliveries.

Collaborate with the Shop Manager to prepare for major peak seasons (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).

Job Requirements & Eligibility

Citizenship / Residency

Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only.

Experience

Florist: Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in floral arranging/retail floristry.

Senior Florist: Minimum 3+ years of experience with proven mastery across diverse arrangement styles.

Skills

Strong technical skills in spiral bouquet arrangement, floral foam arrangements, and flower care techniques.

Good eye for color harmony, proportion, texture, and current floral trends.

Basic conversational English (mandarin or other languages a plus for customer interaction).

Attributes

Creative, reliable, efficient under tight deadlines during peak festive periods, and a strong team player.

Working Hours & Location

Work Schedule: 6 days per week (rotational shifts including weekends & public holidays).

Location: Singapore (Same store location).

Remuneration & Benefits

Monthly Base Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,800 (commensurate with experience and floral portfolio).

CPF Contributions: Full CPF contributions provided in accordance with MOM guidelines.
