Job summary

Casa Vostra Retail Pte. Ltd. operates a new West-side Singapore outlet serving Italian pizzas, pastas and gelatos. We are seeking a Supervisor to lead part-timers, warmly welcome guests, and support daily outlet operations while building strong guest relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a similar role, plus knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus and a valid Food Hygiene Certificate. Join us to contribute to a growing, customer-focused team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Italian cuisine is a plus.
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum Level 1).

• Support daily opening and closing of the outlet.

Casa Vostra is thrilled to announce the launch of its second physical outlet since transitioning from a delivery concept. Located in the vibrant West side of Singapore, our restaurant will offer customers an opportunity to enjoy restaurant-quality Italian pizzas, pastas, and gelatos.

Locations:

Raffles City, Wisma Atria, JEM, Tampines Mall

Key Responsibilities:

• Manager the part timers and new comers that join the restaurant.
• Warmly welcome guests and assist them with their orders.
• Support the daily opening and closing of the outlet.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with guests.
• Provide menu recommendations, showcasing extensive menu knowledge.
• Ensure smooth floor service by attending to guests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
