Job summary

Hero's Bars Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking dependable, hardworking Floor/Service Crew to join our lively venue on Circular Road. You will attend to guests promptly, handle cash and card payments, and upsell products while maintaining a clean bar area.

Experience is welcome but not required as training will be provided; transport and staff meals are provided depending on shifts. A great attitude and interpersonal skills are highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and professional manner.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Product knowledge and upselling.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and its equipment.
• Responsible for front of house opening and closing.
• Performing inventory counts on beverage and other stock.

Hero's is a live music and live sports establishment located in the bustling Circular Road since 2014.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking and fun-loving Floor/Service Crew to join our team.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and professional manner
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Product knowledge and upselling
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and its equipment
• Responsible for front of house opening and closing
• Performing inventory counts on beverage and other stock

Industry experience preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.

• Transport and staff meals also provided depending on shifts worked.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Ability to work and stay calm in a fast-paced environment vital.

A great attitude and interpersonal skills are a massive bonus.
