Job summary

Scoot is seeking a Specialist (eOps) in Flight Operations – Technical, Regulatory and Projects to support administrative tasks, audits, and EFB management within the FOPS group. You will coordinate with documentation officers, vendors, IT, and flight crews to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operations.

The role involves assisting with system configurations, project tasks, and budgeting for e-Ops initiatives, while maintaining iPad EFBs and related applications for flight crews.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field preferred for understanding operations and regulatory processes.
• Fresh graduates may apply and will be considered for entry-level tasks.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities are essential to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic mathematical skills are expected.
• Familiarity with XML is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and documentation support for the FOPS department.
• Audit Flight Ops Vendors and internal processes for QMS compliance.
• Manage iPad EFBs, iOS apps, licenses, and WorkspaceOne configurations.
• Support e-Ops systems integration and vendor coordination for improvements.
• Assist with project management, budgeting, and procurement for FOPS.
• Process FOPS invoices and procurement paperwork.
