Responsibilities

• Monitor flight movements and turnaround progress using SIOC flight data systems.
• Coordinate with SATS Ops BUs, airline customers, airport agencies and service partners to ensure on-time performance and service delivery.
• Identify and provide timely intervention to ground operational disruptions, escalating to DFC & DTM when needed.
• Update flight status and operational data in the central dashboard (DSM Live) for situational awareness.
• Collaborate with SATS Ops BUs to ensure smooth execution of tasks passed down through SIOC for disruptions handling.
