Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore seeks a Trade Product Manager for SME Banking to drive adoption of trade and working capital products, aligning initiatives with budgets and country credit policies. You will work with Transaction Banking, Group SME Banking, ME Sales, Credit, and Compliance to roll out profitable product initiatives in a timely manner.

The role emphasizes end-to-end product management, stakeholder engagement, and revenue growth within the SME segment, with a focus on Import, Export,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Trade Finance / Working Capital products for SME clients.
• End-to-end trade products knowledge (Import, Export, Guarantees) and working capital solutions.
• Ability to drive product growth, commercialization, and revenue performance.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, pricing frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in managing product lifecycle including launches, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Analytical mindset with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in Corporate credit risk assessment and International Trade Finance.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end trade and working capital product initiatives in alignment with budgets and country credit policies.
• Support and expand product enhancements and commercialization of new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Governance, Compliance to drive revenue and business acquisitions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders incl. vendors and regulators.
